Markandeya is an amazing instructor! Every time I take his class, I leave feeling rejuvenated and peaceful. He usually adds a beautiful sound bath to his classes which I appreciate. He is also one of the few instructors that offers hands on assist. The studio itself is intimate and clean. I love the fact that there is plenty of parking.
